The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has officially launched its Foreign Scholarship Application Portal for the 2025/2026 academic session. This initiative is designed to support indigenes of the Niger Delta region—covering Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Imo, Ondo, and Rivers states—who have secured admission into a master’s program at an international university.
With a strong commitment to academic excellence and capacity development, the NDDC aims to provide financial assistance to qualified students, enabling them to pursue postgraduate studies abroad and contribute to the sustainable growth of the region.
Interested applicants must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before submitting their applications via the portal. First-time users should create an account by clicking the “Sign Up” button.
